Diane Ravitch says, “no mas”!

Diane Ravitch, author of the Life and Death of the Great American School System, and a personal hero of mine, was just awarded NEA’s “Friend of Education” Award at their national convention this week.  I couldn’t imagine a more deserving individual, this studious woman that sounds the clarion call in defense of our public education system and who just calls it like she sees it.
